With WHP making its return to the smaller surroundings of Store Street from September, here are three of the best options from their recently released lineups. They go on sale this Friday (25 Jul) at 10am.

Sat 11 Oct – Ape vs Ram Jam w David Rodigan, DJ EZ + Roni Size
While it’s almost guaranteed that David Rodigan‘s set will be on the more accessible side of his repertoire, he remains one of the best in the business. His ability to turn a DJ set into a reggae history lesson, stories and all, have made Rodigan a must-see for years. UK Garage’s finest, DJ EZ, whose quickfire mixing and tricks make him another one for the bucket list, also appears and with a lineup that’s rounded out by the likes of Andy C, Roni Size & Dub Phizix, there’s plenty of bang for your buck here.

Sat 1 Nov – Resident Advisor ft Moodymann, Jackmaster + Ben UFO
Opening much earlier than usual, things kick off at 6pm for this RA special, and with extended 3 hour sets for many of the acts they are allowed the freedom to dig deeper into their collections than they may ordinarily. Moodymann is always going to be a huge draw and it’s hard to resist the opportunity to see 180 minutes of the guy. It’s also worth getting excited about a 3 hour long, Room 2 set from Jackmaster and seeing Hessle Audio’s renowned crate diggers Ben UFO, Pearson Sound & Pangaea going the duration.

Fri 28 Nov – Annie Mac Presents Danny Brown, Para One, Monki + Hannah Wants
Nicely mixed bag from Annie here, from a headline slot from mighty rapper and Darq E Freaker collaborator Danny Brown, to French scene veteran Para One. Monki‘s Radio 1 shows have shown she’s comfortable drawing from all areas of dance music, Hannah Wants‘ star has been rising for a while now, with her brand of bass-heavy house music garnering the attention of Claude VonStroke’s Dirtybird label and there is representation from a resurgent grime scene with Preditah. If you’re after a big one, this’ll be £25 well spent.
