Martha Reeves and the Vandellas headline a nightlong celebration of Motown classics and Northern Soul floor fillers at Manchester’s Albert Hall. Reeves is the voice behind ‘Dancing in the Street’, ‘Jimmy Mack’ and ‘…’, and this is a chance to see this legendary artist in the former Methodist church, The Albert Hall. For one night only, Reeves and her band are joined by leading Northern Soul disc jockeys including Russ Winstanley, whose record selections have wowed the legendary genre epicentre, Wigan Casino, and soul hero Norman Jay amongst others.
