Tim Burgess’ Tim Peaks Diner has graced festivals up and down the country, but next month it’s setting up shop in Albert’s Chop House for the weekend. It forms part of the Greater Manchester Fringe and, as well as Tim’s signature brews, there are a host of other events happening over the two days, including live music, a Q&A with Paddy Considine and workshops.
