Cocktails in the City at Old Granada Studios

After a sell-out event last year, Cocktails in the City returns to the Old Granada Studios in May. The two-day event will showcase mixologists from 24 of Manchester’s best bars. Many Northern Quarter favourites are taking part, including Rosylee, Tusk and The Fitzgerald. The new King Street restaurant El Gato Negro and the high-end steakhouse Hawksmoor will also be present. Each will have their own themed area, such as Hula Tiki Lounge’s urban beach, complete with surfing. Every establishment has teamed up with a different booze brand which they will use in an exclusive cocktail. Visitors can vote for best drink, bar, and guest experience. Food is mandatory at events such as this, so luckily B.Eat Street are curating a group of vendors. You’ll find local favourites Chaat Cart, Bali Beach Hut, and the wonderfully named Big Grillie Style.
