Bundobust craft beer and Indian snack bar is opening in Manchester in Spring 2016. The outfit is jointly run by the teams behind award-laden Prashad Indian restaurant (whose main base is near Bradford in Drighlington) and Bradford’s Sparrow Bier Cafe, and it has gone from strength to strength since opening in Leeds in July 2014. Craft beer and spicy snacks such as signature chaats, samosas and chutneys are a marvellous match, it seems, and Mancunians will soon be able to sample Bundobust’s wares without making the trek to Leeds. For those who can’t wait until the Manchester branch opens early next year, the Bundobust team will be serving samples of their food at Independent Manchester Beer Convention, which runs from Thursday (8 Oct) to Sunday (11 Oct) at Victoria Baths. Read about it here. At the time of writing there were a few tickets for IMBC sessions remaining – but we’d recommend being quick if you’d like to attend as it inevitably sells out.

From Spring 2016, Bundobust Manchester, location TBC. @BundobustMCR
