Byron Burgers to open Manchester branch on Deansgate

London-based Byron Burgers is heading to Manchester next month, for its first venture up North. Byron’s selection of American-inspired, Scottish-supplied burgers aim to take over from the likes of Almost Famous as Manchester’s number one burger joint. Offering a simple take on the burger – cooked medium rare unless otherwise requested – anyone who’s been to any of their 20-odd joints in London, or those in Cambridge, Kent and Oxford (pictured), can attest to the succulent delight of a genuine Byron burger. And with a prime location on Deansgate, in the former Pesto unit, we’ll wait to see if Byron’s straightforward, comfortable and unpretentious format can take the burger crown from local favourites.
