Thursdays at Odd Bar mean that all main meals on the new menu are half price. The offer is available from midday to 9pm and the selection of legendary burgers includes the Baa Burger (only a fiver!) complete with Lancashire lamb, grilled goats cheese and more. Veggies meanwhile can revel in a sweet potato, chickpea and spinach curry for £4. Odd’s famous all day breakfasts are part of the deal too. Tuck into a full English (£4.25) with vegan and veggie option both £3.75 at 1/2 price. For something truly extravagant, we recommend the New York Deli Bagel complete with 8oz prime steak beef burger, turkey, pastrami, honey roast ham and succulent pickles and garnishes for £6.25 (half price) – as extra bonus all sarnies and burgers include house salad or skin on fries. Every other weekday, there are bargains to be had at this Northern Quarter institution, with a daily £5 lunch menu (noon-3pm) that includes house classics like Odd Burger, fish finger ciabatta, harissa-marinated halloumi wrap, and more. Still hungry? Enjoy a decadent side or banquet to share with Odd’s small plates (not included in Thursdays offer). Three small plates, including lamb koftas and pulled pork parcels, are £13 or opt for five for £20.
