A brewer at the forefront of the UK craft beer revolution is Bristol’s Wiper and True whose dynamic artwork and rich concoctions have been turning heads. The breweries most famous creation is their Milk Shake stout; a velvety chocolate and vanilla dream that clocks in at 5.6% ABV. Tinkering with this recipe  has lead them to Port Street Beer House in early March to launch the promisingly named Hard Shake. This imperial milk stout is a stronger, more opulent version of its forebear and it arrives on keg with 10.7% warning on the side. Alongside this special beer launch the Bristolian brewery will be taking over the taps at PSBH with the likes of the citrus and malt delight of the Red Orange and the simcoe hops of pale ale Kaleidoscope as well as six other keg and cask including the original Milk Shake.
