To see in this festive month, those generous folks at All Star Lanes are today offering free bowling for all. The Great Northern alley promises a free game on the house from midday until midnight, on a first-come-first-served basis – call 0161 871 3600 or Tweet at @AllStarLanesMCR to avoid disappointment. All Star, which opened this March, has also unveiled its Christmas Groundhog deal – offering two games of bowling for £10 before 4pm on weekdays. The offer ends on a 1950s- and 1960s-themed New Years Eve, when All Star is offering the chance to ‘eat drink bowl’ – including prosecco, cocktails, a two-course meal and bowling – for £35.
