Levenshulme Easter Market
Levenshulme’s night market returns this Friday for an Easter spectacular. With a family-friendly atmosphere, you can catch a range of kids crafts in amongst all the stalls.  As you might expect on this holiest of weekends, there’ll also be plenty of places to pick up a last minute Easter gift, from artisan soaps to hand-marbled chocolate eggs. And if you’re not looking to buy anything, you can still go along and enjoy music from the Beatific DJs from 6pm til close.

Easter Weekender at Hula

Good Friday night sees resident DJ Gareth Brooks taking to the decks with a playlist of smooth R ‘n’ B, and on Easter Sunday you can catch DJ Darka’s 90s hip hop showdown and shimmy shimmy ya into the night. See our full preview for more details.

On Good Friday, you can grab some barbecue food before the forecasted miserable weather kicks in, as well as enjoying a DJ set from party promoters Better Days. The barbie carries on through Saturday, and on Sunday you feast on a DJ set from producer Rikki Humphrey, who’ll be bringing along a box of vinyl treats from his eclectic personal collection.

Gold Teeth at Odd Bar (pictured)
Veteran national club promoters Gold Teeth are perhaps best known locally for their regular nights at the Deaf Institute, but this Sunday they’re offering you the chance to round off the weekend in style with a free hip-hop hoedown at Odd Bar. Gold Teeth resident Yung Jozy will be spinning rap, grime, garage, house and more. The boys of Gold Teeth know how to throw a party, with seven years worth currently under their chunky-buckled belts, so you’re in for one hell of a night.
