In the beautifully archaic setting of St Margaret’s Church in Whalley Range, there will be an evening of extraordinary music and art, dubbed as The Fourth West Wolf experiment by Greta ‘Edith’ Caroll’s project West Wolf, dedicated to the showcase of local artists. Headliners Kiyoko are the duo known as Synrkro and Bering Strait, responsible for the type of tranquil electronic ambiance that can transport the listener to other dimensions, but also with downtempo beats to provide a rich tapestry of sounds. Joining them will be homegrown talents Bernard & Edith, offering dark trip hop-style productions that can be likened to a more sinister version of the xx. Art will be a key player on the night, where the audience will have the opportunity to bear witness to Yasmin Lever’s illustration and design work; an artist who has previously worked with Boiler Room and Soup Kitchen.
