Guerrilla Eats, the collective of Manchester street food traders, springs back in to action this September – going weekly in a brand new location. Details of the new site have just been revealed: the Fairbairn Building (pictured) on Blossom Street in Ancoats, just a skip and jump away from the Northern Quarter. The Saturday sessions, which begin on 20 27 September, will feature seven traders each week – made up of three semi-permanent vendors and four additional traders in rotation. The traders have also been announced, with familiar names including Mumma Schnitzel, Hip Hop Chip Shop, Fair Game, Cowboys Burgers, Drum & Baste, Dirty Dogs, Gemburrito, Barnhouse Bistro, Fish &, Banh Mi Booth and Fire & Salt BBQ being joined by new kids on the street food block Beastys, Smokin’ Hot Tamales, Rudy’s Pizza, Mei Mei’s Street Cart, Dirty Food Revolution and Madame Francois. Entry remains free, and the parties run from 5pm until midnight each Saturday. Previous Guerrilla Eats parties have taken place under railway arches and at Old Granada Studios, among other locations.

UPDATE: Guerrilla Eats have announced that the launch date has moved from 20 September to 27 September – read their statement here.
