The former stomping ground of 2011 Masterchef finalist Jackie Kearney’s The Hungry Gecko and, more recently, a hot dog collab between The Parlour and WH Frost Butchers known as Parlour Dogs, The Beech Inn has been known to pull in big hitters from the local food circuit. For this summer’s Sundays they’ve enlisted the efforts of Holey Bagels, who in their stunning bright red van have already garnered a strong local following with a regular pitch outside Chorlton’s Postbox Cafe at weekends. Expect fresh, innovative combos including signature bagel The Paradise Garage (hot Spanish sausage, melted goats’ cheese, rocket and chilli jam), The Big Lebowski (pulled beef, homemade BBQ sauce and coleslaw), The Cheech (marinated pork fillets, melted cheese and apple jam), an equally tasty marinated halloumi veggie alternative and more. All come in at under a fiver… meaning more cash for beers inside.

Every Sunday from Sun 28 Jun, The Beech Inn, 72 Beech Road, M21 9EG, From 12pm, @HoleyBagels
