When burger outfit Almost Famous burnt to the ground earlier this year, that wasn’t the end of the story. The burgers live on at sister venue, Luck, Lust, Liquor and Burn and over at their new branch in Liverpool. And the ‘dirty’ North American food group have just announced a Halloween special too. Instead of their usual burgers, this one is real blow-your-brains-out feast comprised of five courses: bloody dippers (we read that as diapers, ew…), boneyard nachos, slaughter house floor slider (they’re getting good with the ol’ naming thing), a “f**kin fabulous flatiron steak” (perhaps we spoke too soon) plus ‘Eton Massacre’, a ruddy take on Eton Mess. The dress code is sexy vamp for the guys, suits for the gals. Follow them @almostfamousmcr for a flavour of what to expect – and book soon. These things always sell out.
