Laughing Cows 16th Birthday ft. Allyson J Smith at Frog & Bucket

Just one year behind fellow supporter of great (and Greater) Manchester comedy XS Malarkey, Laughing Cows celebrates its sweet 16th birthday this month. And they have programmed a super sweet line-up for such a special occasion. Canadian Allyson J Smith has been nominated for her home country’s comedian of the year – but has since set up residency here in the UK, and in 2012 she supported fellow Canuck Stewart Francis on his UK tour. She is in fine company here with Hayley Ellis, Sophie Willan, Jo Smiles and Kiri Pritchard-Mclean – all held together lovingly by Kerry Leigh, who herself has been working with Laughing Cows for the past ten years.
