With restaurants in Leeds and Chapel Allerton, Buca di Pizza is bringing their menus inspired by many summers spent on the Italian Lakes to Manchester. They are offering bottomless pizza and prosecco deals to diners from the Lloyd Street venue, as well as an a la carte menu of classic and contemporary Italian dishes. From the pasta menu, expect Con Fungi (wild mushrooms, vermouth cream, parmesan, with truffle oil and sage) or Swiss Marco (parmesan sauce, pancetta and meatballs) amongst others, with gluten free options available. The creative pizza menu includes Rome of the East (sweet potato and chickpea sauce, falafel, feta, red onion, served with rocket and chilli and mango dressing) and Chilli Con Carnivoro (barbecue sauce, Applewood smoked cheddar, chilli con carne, hickory smoked pulled pork, jalapenos and sour cream). Head down to welcome them to the city.
