Created with cocktail guru, Jody Monteith, Oddest bar’s winter drinks menu is a feast for the senses, with a range of twists on classics and seasonal combinations. Highlights include the Winter Zombie (featuring three different rums) and fruity beauties like the Sorrento Sling (£6.50 Disarrono Amaretto, cherry and orange juice) or Peach Julep made with cinnamon-infused Jim Beam bourbon. The Rum & Raisin Old Fashioned (£7, raisin-infused Ron Barcelo Imperial, port, walnut bitters) is a perfect after dinner treat. These new creations join old favourites like the house Mojito (pictured) and Espresso Martini, alongside the usual selection of world-class beers, spirits and wines on offer at the bar. Cocktails are complemented by Oddest’s burger range (our favourites include the spicy Moroccan burger and cheeseburger a la Oddest, both in the region of £8) and to celebrate the new cocktail menu, there’s a host of new happy hour (Mon-Sat, 5-7pm) offers including £5 cocktails (all cocktails), £9 for a carafe of wine, and £2.50 for a pint of Oddest house ale.
