Following sets by Belle and Sebastian’s Chris Geddes and snooker legend/psych DJ Steve Davis, the team at Electrik bar in Chorlton have announced a slew of one-deck Wednesday guest DJs for the coming months. Upcoming sets include a showcase by Manchester’s Better Days DJ duo, known for their shows taking in everything from Mambo to grime on their Reform Radio show (Wed 22 Mar), while Manchester band Horsebeach launch their new album Beauty and Sadness and air some of their favourite vinyl alongside Aficionado label founder Jason Boardman on Wed 29 Mar. Already lined up for a spin in April is reggae star Dennis Bovell (Wed 26 Apr) while legendary DJ and filmmaker Don Letts is scheduled for a set in May.
