With a roast dinner to rival your mum’s, Oddest’s Sunday mealtimes are the perfect way to warm your spirits at the end of the week. The menu takes in a brand new veggie special each week, such as maple roast sweet potato, spinach and quinoa loaf or oyster mushroom, rocket and Garstang Blue wellington. On the meaty side, options include cider braised pork belly with mighty bites of crackling (£12), lamb shoulder with rosemary and thyme (£13.50), a eight-hour stout braised beef brisket (£13) and classic corn-fed chicken with roast garlic stuffing (£12.50) – all served with prime, locally sourced vegetables and fresh gravy. Or dine a little differently with Oddest’s own styled French Dip, mixing your choice of meat-filled brioche with gravy for dipping. Paired with a pint of local craft beer, one of Oddest’s classic and contemporary cocktail or a bottle of fine wine and you’ve got a new Sunday ritual.
