The fluidity of jazz lends itself to constant reinvention – and so Mercury Prize nominated folk artist Kathryn Williams has a free rein with standards such as My Funny Valentine and Stormy Weather at this showcase, drawn from her latest release, Resonator. For this new album and show, she’s teamed up with jazz musician and vibraphone player, Anthony Kerr. Expect a new found fragility and beauty to this showcase of classic jazz music that’s been given a new twist.
