Chorlton Makers Market sees over 100 independent makers, bakers, artists, gardeners and more coming together for a last blast before Christmas on Saturday 17 December. This week’s roster includes  typography by Northern Letters, colour paintings by Only Three Colours, and prints by God And Other Animals. Hot brews are served courtesy of Little Expresso, while the best nosh in town spans experts in spicy sauces, macaroons, petit fours, stuffed breads, jams and chutneys, all crammed into the corner from Chorlton Library to Oswald Road Primary School. There’s more on offer across both savoury (award-winning cheeses and pies) and sweet (brownies, bakery and vegan treats), so have a bite while tracking down the perfect Xmas gift. Expect friendly community vibes and the chance to catch up with friends over a glass of mulled wine before Christmas takes over.
