Be it meatballs, drama, scenery or cars, Swedes just do it better. And their take on the techno genre is yet another example of brilliance. This Friday night, acclaimed Swedish techno label Drumcode have put together a right old knees up with bossman Adam Beyer headlining. Check out his set from Holland’s Awakenings fest last summer here. He brings with him labelmates Dense and Pika and Alan Fitzpatrick. Britain is ably represented by Hotflush (Joy Orbison, Mount Kimbie, more) kingpin, Scuba. Where better to soak up those clean, pure beats than the hallowed surrounds of one of Europe’s largest Methodist chapels?
