Having your birthday so close to Christmas is always very tough but when you make your own beer you can turn it into one heck of a festive fiesta. Manchester Brewery Track are celebrating their second birthday with not one but two days of food, booze and music. Track are busy making new beers to mark the celebrations with a very fine single hopped Simcoe Pale and a fresh batch of their trademark Sonoma making the cut, they will be announcing more alcoholic delights this week on the facebook event page. As well as the fine booze to quaff there’ll be plenty of food from nearby Pollen Bakery who will be providing grilled cheese sandwiches with their wonderful sourdough bread, rum and gin cocktails from Steep Soda and music provided by DJs such as Common faves Stop Making Sense, Blackjack Brewery’s Joe Bird as well as an appearance from the Northern Quarter Boys Choir on Friday night. A perfect place for some Christmas beers.
