In fact, the popular sushi bar celebrates almost 10 years at Selfridges Trafford Centre this week. To mark the occasion, the restaurant has undergone a facelift with a new look and a new menu showcasing the latest Japanese flavours and trends. As well as old favourites Tuna Sashimi and YO!
