Sprawled across several venues off the beaten track in Salford, the all day and all night festival is a celebration of new and forward-thinking music from the UK and beyond presented by Manchester’s finest promoters, collectives and club nights including Now Wave, Hey! Manchester and more. It’s the festival’s unique atmosphere it’s honed over 13 years that’s drawn long-standing fans and fresh faces alike; created by music lovers to display the highest quality in whatever flavour earmilk that punters desire. This year’s line up includes hotly tipped Londoners HMLTD, one of the first live shows for new project OTOMO X from Savages’s members, Fay and Ayse, Flamingods, sublime Americana from Simon Joyner, Heavenly Records’ Amber Arcades, Goat Girl and ethereal New Zealand RBMA graduate Fazerdaze, as well as some of the Northwest’s very best in including Horsebeach, IAMDDB, TVAM, Swing Ting and The Lovely Eggs. Read our full preview here. Sound good? We’re giving away a pair of tickets and a night in the Holiday Inn in Salford (sharing a room).
