Hip-hop supergroup eMC stop off at Band on the Wall on Monday – and you can win tickets to the show through Manchester Wire. Comprised of four spectacular lyricists – the Midwest phenom Stricklin, widely respected Lyricist Lounge duo Punchline & Wordsworth, and legendary Brooklyn-bred Juice Crew member Masta Ace – eMC emerged in 2008 with their debut, The Show. They have now returned from hiatus with The Turning Point EP – featuring the single Charly Murphie, below – and forthcoming second album, The Tonite Show. With support from K-Rino and Didjit (More Bounce), it promises to be a special night of forward-thinking hip-hop. To win tickets, simply send an email to competitions at manchesterwire dot co dot uk with the subject line ‘eMC competition’. Be sure to include your name, age, Twitter handle and phone number. The competition closes at midnight on Sunday 26 October, and we’ll notify winners by email on Monday morning.
