Rogue Project Space presents its final exhibition of the year, Division of Labour, curated by visual artist Lucy Harvey. The unique collection draws on Manchester’s prolific association with industry. Artists like Robin Megannity, Jenny Steele and Helen Wheeler have created conceptual new commissions for the show that look at the relevance of production in the city, and the commercial forecast that could potentially exclude it from its future. Division of Labour is a response to the spaces in Manchester that have helped to encourage the creative arts and industrial production that are now being either demolished or redeveloped, marking a major change in Manchester’s expanding identity.
