After months of speculation, Babyshambles have confirmed their long-awaited return to the live stage.

Marking the group’s first tour in 11 years, Babyshambles will play ten shows this autumn and winter, coinciding with the 20th anniversary of their critically acclaimed debut album, Down In Albion.

Amongst the dates is a show at Manchester’s O2 Victoria Warehouse 0n 30 Sun Nov. Speaking about the comeback, Peter Doherty said: “It’s unfinished business and everywhere I go I get ‘what’s happening with the ‘shambles.’ It’s a no brainer for me, a real desire to play some of them old tunes and have a little shindig.”

Drew McConnell added: “The death of Patrick (Walden) made us determined that we have to tour now.”

Tickets go on general sale at 10am Fri 5 Sep Sep. An exclusive pre-sale will also be held at 10am on Wed 3 Sep.
