A Place in the Sun Live heads to Manchester Central next month

A Place in the Sun Live, the premier property exhibition designed to turn dreams of owning a home abroad into a reality, is back at Manchester Central this February.

From Fri 27 Feb – Sun 1 Mar, visitors can explore overseas properties, access expert guidance, attend live interactive seminars and discover everything needed to buy a holiday home or relocate abroad with confidence.

The weekend-long event features more than 75 international exhibitors, including estate agents, legal advisers, currency specialists, and relocation consultants, all dedicated to helping visitors get answers to any questions they have about owning overseas property.

Insightful seminars and presentations will explore a range of important topics, covering everything from market trends and legal considerations to tax implications and financing options. There will also be opportunities to sit down with the experts for personalised consultations dedicated to addressing specific needs and concerns.

A Place in the Sun Live will showcase thousands of potential properties across Europe, the US, and beyond. Expert agents will be on hand to discuss local markets and lifestyle considerations, with  Spain, France, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, Florida and Dubai just some of the destinations being exhibited during the Manchester event.

Fans of the Channel 4 series can also meet and get tips from presenters Laura Hamilton and Jasmine Harman, and the show’s production team will be running screen tests over the weekend, giving attendees a chance to audition for future episodes.
