This Valentine’s evening, The Hallé brings a joyous night of big-hitting showstoppers to The Bridgewater Hall.
Perfect for Valentines, Galentines and Palentines, the world-renowned orchestra invites audiences on an era-spanning trip down Broadway.
Expect a night filled with timeless classics reimagined by The Hallé orchestra, conducted by the legendary Stephen Bell, with Louise Dearman and Matt Ford joining on vocals.
The programme features songs from some of Broadway’s finest, including West Side Story’s Overture, Let’s Misbehave from Anything Goes, Guys and Dolls’ Luck Be a Lady and, of course, Defying Gravity from Wicked.
Also included in the wide-ranging setlist will be Jersey Boys’ Can’t Take My Eyes Off You, All I Ask of You from The Phantom of the Opera, and Hairspray’s You Can’t Stop the Beat.
