Treehouse Hotel Manchester has announced plans for a brand-new rooftop restaurant as the final stage of the venue’s opening nears completion.

Following a successful first phase launch in 2025, the team plans to introduce a new 14th floor, which will bring ‘elevated dining, drinking and stays to the city skyline’.

The latest addition includes two new food and beverage concepts: Sistermoon, a rooftop restaurant by Sam Grainger, alongside collaborators Luke Cowdrey and Justin Crawford, and The Nest, a signature bar, both offering panoramic views across Manchester.

Building on the restaurant’s already award-winning ground floor restaurant, Pip, which is headed up by celebrated chef Mary-Ellen McTague, Sistermoon promises a Southeast Asian BBQ concept rooted in authentic Thai cuisine.

At the very top of the hotel, The Hideout debuts as a secluded, intimate rooftop lounge and event space, designed for private gatherings and ‘surprise cultural moments’. Nine premium suites also form part of the plans, ranging from expansive presidential suites to interconnecting rooms.

Treehouse Hotel Manchester’s 14th floor is set to open Thu 11 Jun. You can sign up to be the first to hear about bookings below.
