Manchester nightlife gets a lick of opulent paint this month with the opening of new private members’ club, The Milton Club. Housed in the grand and historical Milton Hall, which is named after poet and free-thinker John Milton, the 250-capacity venue is set to quench the thirst of its members with an impressive drinks menu featuring rare whiskies and cognacs, modern cocktails, as well as a range of wines and champagne available from the separate champagne bar. Membership takes place via registration, which thankfully isn’t subject to and fees and involves invites to events, access to the Milton’s concierge service, priority reservation of booths and guest-list. Set in a central location, the elegant club showcases the best in lavish urban life in the city.
