Adam Green (Moldy Peaches) acoustic set at Deaf

Still only 32 years old, Adam Green has stuffed so much in that it already feels as if he’s lived several lives over. At 17, he helped forge the nascent Antifolk scene as part of The Moldy Peaches with fellow pioneer Kimya Dawson. Releasing a handful of albums all with their signature lo-fi sound and unmistakable wit, the band were later brought to the attention of the mainstream through the use of their track Anyone Else But You on the soundtrack to Juno. By then, Green had long since moved on, crafting a solo career that has thus far spawned eight albums. The fanbase of this creative juggernaut is as eclectic as his body of work – The Libertines, Hayley Williams and Carla Bruni have recorded covers of his songs. Very very likely to sell out – and a perfect pick-me-up after the festive lull.
