Whitworth pub quiz at Port Street Beer House

Continuing its pub-crawl-with-a-difference series, the Whitworth mixes its impressive art knowledge with more general knowledge next week as the gallery sets its sights on Port Street Beer House for an offbeat pub quiz. Although using its art collection as a starting point, there’s no need to be overly art-savvy to get involved, with topics extending music, fashion, TV, poets and more. Even better, rather than the usual cash or drink prizes, prizes here are, naturally, more art-inspired – including a behind-the-scenes tour of the new gallery when it opens in Autumn.
