Stretch Disco is back! The short lived, much loved nu disco / balearic night that appeared in 2010 and aimed to fill the huge void that Electric Chair left now has a new home in the unexpected surroundings of Night & Day. Having previously hosted the likes of Nicky Siano, A Guy Called Gerald and Norman Jay, Stretch is now focussing on a local vibe, pushing out the best DJs in Manchester’s disco scene. Tonight sees Fat City’s Martin Brew digging deep, plus Francis Wooff (pictured) from the worst kept secret night That Amazing Thing! playing a mix of future disco vibes plus psychedelic house. Also behind the decks is Julie Wills from Disco Mums and one of our new favourite nights, Red Laser Disco, plus resident Dan Soulsmith. Long live Stretch Disco.
