One-off concert film: Drake: Homecoming at Odeon Printworks

For one of the highest-grossing, most commercially and critically acclaimed artists out there, Drake is still a marmite figure. He’s been mocked for his acting career as well as his softer, more feminine side and sappy love songs. Drake: Homecoming – The Lost Footage is exactly as labelled. Believed to have been destroyed, this concert film is being show worldwide for one night only. It could be emotional for Drake fans, watching this homecoming gig, shot just before he signed to Lil’ Wayne’s Young Money records. Just to make sure it’s as evocative as it can be, there are additional interviews and footage from Rap-a-Lot Records CEO James Prince and his son Jas Prince. The hits are there too including Best I Ever Had and Successful.
