Founded by two former teachers at Chorlton’s One Yoga, this new studio offers hot yoga, ashtanga and fast-paced jivamukti. The classes take place in a peaceful space in Eccles and sessions range from 60 to 90 minutes in length. As well as a number of 10am sessions, there is one lunchtime slot and regular afterwork classes from 6.15pm and 7.30pm in the evening.
