Local restaurant chain, Solita, is opening a new branch in the Barton Arcade off Deansgate this July. The opening was set for January but it’s been put back to the summer. A new cocktail bar, Be at One, is planned for the adjacent unit, while other food and drink outlets in the Arcade include upmarket tapas bar and deli, Lunya, and Pot Kettle Black coffee shop. The menu is set to be slightly different from other branches of Solita (where bestsellers include gourmet burgers such as The Big Manc) with a focus on steak.
