Andrew Bird at Manchester Cathedral

Andrew Bird has confirmed his first Manchester date for almost seven years as part of his spring tour of Europe and North America. The seasoned song crafter may not have paid us a visit for some time, but you can expect him to fit snugly into place in the ornate surrounds of Manchester’s Cathedral. His melodic charm as violinist, vocalist, guitarist, whistler and folk-pop composer has long been anticipated back in this city. As a teaser, he’s released a brand new video for ‘Left Handed Kisses’, a collaboration with Fiona Apple depicting the pair sitting opposite each other in musical conversation.
