This week Hard Rock Café are making it even easier to get your Irish fix (and indeed a pint of Guinness) with their limited edition St Paddy’s Burger (£15.95). A double stack burger with bacon, a bed of watercress with smooth and serious Guinness cheese sauce and thin sliced Irish potatoes in the middle. Trust us when we say if you’ve been eating beef burgers without potato as a layer you’ve been doing it wrong all this time. The towering salute to the Emerald Isle is available all this week and on the big day (Fri 17 Mar) Hard Rock is offering free St Paddy’s Day burgers to all those folks with the name Patrick between noon and 2pm. Talk about the luck of the Irish.
