Gary Delaney (Mock the Week) at Gorilla’s Group Therapy

Group Therapy continue bringing connoisseur-quality acts to Manchester’s weekend comedy scene. Their third night is no exception with a figure familiar to many who have been frequenting the comedy scene in the last decade, Gary Delaney. A favourite who, until recently, rather disappointingly wasn’t known much beyond the circuit. A recent appearance on Mock The Week will no doubt have put pay to that. For many years he’s been delighting those in the know with some superbly crafted one-liners. His is a measured delivery, understated yet a touch cheeky but with power to mesmerise a room. In support on the night will be storyteller Kent Valentine and Chester comic Danny McLoughlin. After tonight Group Therapy goes monthly so get out there and support a unique Manchester club.
