A highlight of the South Manchester food scene, The Creameries celebrates its first birthday on April 23rd with the launch of a brand new menu. This critically-acclaimed Chorlton restaurant is all about the very best in casual dining, based around seasonal small plates and sharing dishes, with a focus on sustainability. Some of the mouthwatering new dishes include pickled cockles; ricotta dumplings with broad beans and herb oil; and merguez mutton sausage and poached eggs on sourdough. Head chef and co-owner Mary-Ellen McTague is handing over day-to-day cooking to her talented kitchen team while she focuses her attention on the increasingly popular food events, which luckily for us means more supper clubs, bread-making workshops, storytelling nights and the ever-popular Elliot Eastwick’s World Famous Food and Drinks Quiz. Bookings are only available for parties of six or more, but drop by on their first birthday to be one of the first to try out this forward-thinking menu.
