Diaries at the ready… Italian food, drink and culture showcase Festa Italiana will be giving away free cocktails and apertivo (authentic Italian snacks) during their official launch party at Cathedral Gardens. Taking place from Fri 26 – Sun 28 Jul, this free event comes complete with a Martini bar serving a selection of signature cocktails (expect Negronis, Martinis and Sbagliatos) alongside their new summer spritz, the vibrant Martini Fiero. Free drinks will be available to the first 200 attendees, while the festival’s built-in Glam Station invites celebrity stylist Andrew Trott-Barn and his team to give guests the perfect ‘Martini-ready’ party look. They’ve even enlisted the help of local Italian DJ Cesarè to soundtrack proceedings with selection of laid-back tracks.
