Book tickets: Inner-city festival Neighbourhood returns this October

Festival-goers will be keeping busy over the summer months, but will already be looking forward to the return of the Neighbourhood Festival this October. The festival was a hit with their latest outing in Warrington over the summer, and no doubt newcomers and regulars alike will be preparing for the next round this autumn. The multi-venue all-dayer is taking place on Saturday 12th October, spread across 15 city centre venues with over 100 bands to check out. This time around, revellers have Last Shadow Puppets’ frontman Miles Kane to look forward to, returning to the stage following the release of his third album ‘Coup de Grace’ last year. Attendees can also look forward to lo-fi garage pop outfit Easy Life, Lady Bird, Just Mustard, Hertford singer-songwriter Ten Tonnes, Sports Team, Pins, raucous quartet Witch Fever, HMLTD, Talk Show, Matt Helders’ Artic Monkeys side-project Good Cop Bad Cop, plus many more. A new wave of acts have recently been announced, including headliners The Sherlocks, who receive play along with critically acclaimed Fat White Family, indie favourites The Twang, fierce four-piece Yonaka and local indie-poppers Larkins. Fans can buy six tickets maximum per person, ranging from £25 – £30. The Neighbourhood Weekender is a non-camping event, so make sure to work out your travelling arrangements prior to the festival.
