All menus feature the infamous posh kebabs, in the guise of turkey shwarma and chicken skewers – kebabs done Christmassy. Other dishes included are the tomato keftedes, paprika fries and the freshly cooked Bab flatbreads. Who says you can’t have a kebab for Christmas?
New York style bar and eatery Pen & Pencil offers a larger than life two or three course Christmas menu, with very merrily titled dishes like the ’Turkey rides the gravy train’. Zouk’s dishes take inspiration from the hotter regions of Pakistan and India, like the Cardamom Chicken Curry – a warming Sindi-style curry cooked with chillis, black pepper and cardamom.
