From Monday to Friday, for just £30 per person, you can enjoy five carefully curated seasonal courses, each with a matching wine. The tasting menu includes a game sausage roll (served with brown sauce and paired with Prosecco), mackerel sashimi and pine roasted wood pigeon. There is an entirely vegetarian version of the taster menu too, featuring beetroot gnocchi, cheddar brûleé and a crispy Cackleberry hen’s egg. Both courses finish with roasted pear served with caramelised white chocolate ice cream, pumpkin and cashew nut, paired with Sauternes La Fleur, a dessert wine from Bordeaux.
