American indie-folk duo Shovels & Rope head to Gorilla on Friday. The married singer/songwriters, based in South Carolina, take inspiration from the likes of Elvis Costello, Bob Dylan and Woody Guthrie alongside the stirring harmonies of Johnny Cash and June Carter. They’ll be playing tracks from their impressive back-catalogue, including the 2019 album By Blood.
