A free HIIT session run by lululemon and a feast to fight food waste at NIAMOS are among the best free things to do in Manchester this weekend.
Joe Simpson, a visual artist, will give a tour along with a 45 minute talk about his new exhibition ACT. ACT consists of a series of painintgs depicting British actors such as Olivia Colman and Matt Lucas in fictional scenes – Simpson had input from the actors themselves, giving this exhibition a truly authentic feel.
This all-ability HIIT session run by lululemon takes place in new development Hilton House, and is sure to wake you up on Sunday morning. Make sure to bring your own mat, as the event also features a compassion coaching session and closes off with some relaxing yoga.
This super exciting event at NIAMOS aims to raise awareness of food waste and the climate emergency – and you could enjoy a free three course meal, all cooked from food that would otherwise have gone to waste. Music will be provided by a Manchester-based folk band, and a talk will be given about food waste and the climate emergency.
