Last month was a wet one – even for Manchester’s standards. However marvellous March signals the start of Spring, which hopefully means better weather and as always, gigs galore. Early on, you can catch a free gig at Band On The Wall on Tuesday 3 March featuring sun-soaked grooves from Liquid Beach amongst others. Later on in the month, there’s some pretty big (yet very local) names in town – Noel Gallagher and his High Flying Birds play the o2 Apollo Wednesday 25 March and rounding off the month those Stockport lads Blossoms headline the M.E.N Saturday 28 March.
