Chorlton Arts Festival returns this May for the 13th year running with a bill of juicy international and emerging musical artists in tow. The final weekend of the Festival is known as the Chorlton Weekender, and this year’s line up features a host of unmissable names from motorik rockers Toy (Sun 26 May, St Clements Church – SOLD OUT), legendary former member of The Slits (pictured), Viv Albertine (Sun 26 May, Dulcimer – SOLD OUT), and American folk pairing The Jeffrey Lewis & Peter Stampfel Band (Sat 25 May, St Clements Church), alongside The Candle Thieves (Thu 23 May, St Ninian’s Church), JP Cooper (Sat 25 May, St Ninian’s Church) and Esben and the Witch with support from rising stars, Ghosting Season (Fri 24 May, St Clements Church). With local churches, bars and cafes getting in on the action too, there’s atmosphere and flavours galore to take in.

THIS COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED.
